probably nothing.
Dark chocolate in large amounts can harm a dog. A brownie is not all chocolate.
We had a basset hound that ate 3 Easter baskets worth of chocolate bunnies, eggs, the works, foil and all. The only thing that happened was he had shiny turds for a few days.
IF you are truly concerned, call your vet.

Nothing. Simply nothing. All dogs can have a little chocolate but never dark. For some reason peanuts, raisons, grapes and dark chocolate cause a dog to have renal failure. A dog can have a little milk chocolate every once in a while. I have fed all of my dogs milk chocolate their whole lives, and nothing has ever happened to them. But I guess it depends. If your beagle is allergic it could have some sitafects (don't know how to spell it). But if he isn't he should be just fine

It shouldn't really affect him if it was just a small piece. If he looks sick take him to a vet, and just keep an eye on him for a while, but I doubt he'll need a vet

He’ll be okay — my dogs have accidentally gotten hold of chocolate several times. Just don’t make a habit of leaving chocolate where he can get it.

a small piece wont hurt dogs , just be sure not to feed him huge pieces because dogs get sick off of chocolate

It depends if it was huge and very chocolateley take him to the vet
if it was a smallish piece and not super rich than ur fine

Beagles are scent hounds and will bark at anything and everything if left alone all night outside. Let her be outside as much as possible during the day but bring her in at night. Beagles are pack dogs and need contact with other dogs and family. You will be more popular with your neighbors if you bring the dog in at night. They are short haired anyway and should be brought in.
